I also use a Hickok 752 /800/600 or at1000 for testing, all tubes have passed the gas and short tests. I also pack well. This board is fully working and tested underwent servicing just over 18 months ago. I am sorry for having even to do this, but there are those out that think it is clever swap and change parts return us a faulty item.

If it does not say base, stand, table, in either the main body of or title. Whilst I endeavor to put tubes together from the same year and look same, this is not always case. Vacuum tube testing, I do not sell just passable vacuum tubes. I make mistakes once in a while.

I take lots of pictures so you can see cosmetics. As I no longer do sound engineering and have long since sold the desks, spares that am now selling. In photographs we occasionally use props to display items in the best light possible. I use a tv7/u military spec tester which is calibrated.

So this shows what I get, and you get may be slightly different. Please have a look at the pictures for cosmetic condition. All tubes purchased have loads of life left in them. That is what they are there for.

I ran two onyx mixing desk consoles and kept spares just in case had a problem on the road. It is impossible to describe every scratch, scuff or mark. I have 4 of these machines and all display a slightly differing value if test the same tube, as two testers are never.

Are security marked. If fully tested then that is what they are. Most have one. Please realize when buying antique, vintage or used equipment that they cannot be in an absolute mint perfect condition, might need some service, now later.

If not fully tested, then items are tested to the full extent and may have something wrong that I discovered. I may have the same tube but from differing years matched up in test results, which means they cosmetically or internally look a little different. The numbers/letters in parentheses are equivalents put to help people find the correct tube. Then they are not included in the sale.

Low and weak tubes are unceremoniously thrown in the nearest trash can, unless they collectors items. So take a good look. This offer is for. When using the word matched it means in test results rather than cosmetic looks.

Sorry for you having to read this but would be surprised how many people think the items come with my table or a part of anatomy and/or wife's legs that I have accidentally caught on camera. Take it from me. Rectifiers and diode tubes do not have trans conductance values. So all test results are a guide only. I am not a huge retail outlet.

Use the zoom function and have a good look. I try to resolve any issue both our best interests.
