Tested item and found that when running a 1khz sine wave, signal is good up to the amplifier module. Comes with 12 mounting screws. The amplifier module is dead except for providing power to the pre amplifier/jack board.

Can sweep the sine wave full frequency spectrum with no distortion both channels.
