Not sure what this is from, but see the pictures to get an idea of cosmetic issue its hard photograph and needs be in right lighting. There are some odd splotch marks on it that I was not able to clean off with water. Comes complete in the box, as pictured. Note that while the cover is in functionally fine and has no cracks, etc.
